Welcome to winhq.gg. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and winhq.gg ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the winhq.gg website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the winhq.gg platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. To access the full range of winhq.gg Services, you must create a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on winhq.gg. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. winhq.gg will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify winhq.gg immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization.
• Know Your Customer (KYC): winhq.gg is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a valid government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

winhq.gg reserves the right to suspend or close any account that is found to be in violation of these registration requirements, and to withhold or forfeit any funds associated with such accounts pending investigation.

All financial transactions on winhq.gg are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

winhq.gg accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash
• PayMaya / Maya
• Philippine bank transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit card (Philippine-issued)

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. winhq.gg reserves the right to request verification of any deposit before crediting funds to your gaming balance.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your winhq.gg account. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be delayed pending KYC review. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account. winhq.gg reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). winhq.gg does not guarantee any particular exchange rate for transactions involving foreign currencies.

winhq.gg offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. winhq.gg reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.

• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your account without compensation.
• Modification and Withdrawal: winhq.gg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games available on winhq.gg — including live dealer tables, slot games, bingo rooms, and fishing arcade games — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. The following general principles apply across all games:

• Random Number Generation: All non-live games on winhq.gg use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by any external factor.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios. Game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) under controlled conditions and monitored by independent oversight.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winhq.gg platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime through the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to winhq.gg immediately
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the winhq.gg platform or its games
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward winhq.gg staff or other players

All content on the winhq.gg platform — including but not limited to the winhq.gg name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of winhq.gg or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the winhq.gg platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any winhq.gg content without prior written consent
• Use the winhq.gg name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation
• Create derivative works based on winhq.gg content or software
• Use winhq.gg content for any commercial purpose

Any unauthorized use of winhq.gg intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by winhq.gg.

winhq.gg collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the winhq.gg platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

winhq.gg shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or winnings
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or platform downtime beyond winhq.gg's reasonable control
• Loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security
• Any decisions you make based on information provided on the winhq.gg platform
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms

winhq.gg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime
• Suspected bonus abuse or exploitation of platform errors
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to applicable verification and processing requirements. winhq.gg is not obligated to return funds where closure results from a breach of these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting winhq.gg support. winhq.gg will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice.

Regulatory Complaints: If you are not satisfied with winhq.gg's resolution of a dispute, you may have the right to escalate your complaint to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority. winhq.gg will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or inquiry.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
